Child safety standards

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Minors train with Sylcat, on their own or with their school. These are our rules to protect them and our zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Zero tolerance

Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors is forbidden: images, messages, contact to meet them or grooming. We remove it, suspend the account and report it to the competent authorities.

How we protect minors

  • Under 14: no account of their own; their parent or guardian manages it.
  • Minors' profiles are not public and do not appear in search engines.
  • Minors have no public stats, no personalised promotions, no street mode with the app closed and no medium or high risk challenges.
  • Friendships, crews, WhatsApp groups and challenge validations never mix minors and adults, and minors do not comment on spots or meetups.
  • A school's wall is private: only its students, their families and its staff take part. In its rankings, minors show with their first name only.
  • Photos are reviewed before they are shown: automatically and, when needed, by a person.

Reporting

Any profile, photo, comment, meetup or challenge can be reported from the app or the web with the reason "Minor safety". We review these reports first and answer within 24 hours.
